What we collect

When you use My CV Check, we collect the following data:

CV text: The text extracted from your uploaded document is used to perform the analysis. We store a portion of this text temporarily to allow you to access your report.

Payment information: If you purchase a full report, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. We store the Stripe session ID to confirm your purchase.

Email address: Only if you choose to provide it. We use it solely to send you a link to your report.

How we use your data

Your CV text is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) for analysis. Anthropic processes the text to generate your report. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

How long we keep it

Report data is retained for 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted. You can request immediate deletion by emailing us.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use tracking cookies.
